Kawasaki KZ1000 Custom:

Jonny Miller brought us his awesome project to get some electrical and engine work done. The engine would not start and there was a horrible noise when you hit the starter. We basically performed a carburetor service and then installed a stage 3 jet kit. The noise from the starter ended up being the starter clutch had broke loose and damaged the stator rotor. This in turn chewed up the teeth on the starter. It also had a weak spark so we installed an Accel Super Coil Kit to also compensate for the increased fuel and air. Bike fires right up now and runs on all cylinders. We also converted the ignition system from points to electronic.
